^{If you register as a member of Answer To Cancer Web site (herein referred to as ATC), you may be assigned a username and password that is unique to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. ^{The Full Breast Cancer Guide services, benefits, and any bonuses offered are available only through the purchase of a membership.  No charges apply for the sample/demo version of the Breast Cancer Guide. If you decide to sign up as member, y ou agree to pay for your membership using a valid credit card which ATC or one of our approved online banking facilities third party that accepts our credits cards. The annual membership charges are set forth on the Site, including any applicable taxes, and any other charges you incurred on your account will be charged to your credit card in order to access our full services and benefits.  ATC reserves the right to change the fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges at any time, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to you (which may be sent by email). For individual subscriptions, ATC will automatically charge your account for the renewal of your subscription. The renewal charge will be the current published rates for the annual term of your subscription. In the event ATC cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to terminate your membership access. In the event you cancel the service, ATC will not refund any fees already paid by you after 8 weeks. If you believe ATC has billed you incorrectly, you must contact us no later than 8 weeks after the closing date on the first billing statement in which the error or problem appeared, in order to receive an adjustment or credit.
